Bishnupur Public College of Pharmacy is committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals, irrespective of caste, religion, language, or gender. Anti-Discrimination Cell
The Anti-Discrimination Cell at Bishnupur Public College of Pharmacy has been constituted with the aim of safeguarding students and eliminating discrimination and harassment in any form. The committee is responsible for the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
To prevent and address incidents of discrimination or harassment within the college.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
The Convenor of the committee is required to conduct meetings at least once every six months.
All complaints received shall be investigated promptly and fairly.
Women’s Grievance Cell
The Women’s Grievance Cell is established to provide support and address issues related to women’s safety and dignity on campus.
Functions of the Women’s Cell:
To receive and address complaints from female staff and students regarding sexual harassment or any other gender-related grievances.
To maintain detailed and organized records of all complaints received.
To conduct thorough inquiries into all complaints and establish facts in a fair and confidential manner.
To document the entire process of handling each case, including the methods adopted for resolution and the outcomes achieved.
